Because there's no such thing as "too much yarn".
I'm amazed it even made it after being torn in half! good grief.
Now THAT is shocking. I'd need your super-analyst even more after being treated that way.
Wow. They must have totally run out of tape and empty priority bags.
Sacrilege! Your poor yarn hanging out there, RUBBER-BANDED to the packaging. No wonder the USPS is losing business to private carriers.
What, they ran out of plastic bags? You could demand recompense for the pain and suffering endured by your yarn.
Nice. I hope the contents are still salvageable.BTW, I know Good Yarns well, and she would most definitely maturely analyze the situation. But me... I'd freak out! React, then think. It's just the way I roll.
That's just plain rude!
*shaking head in utter disbelief*I feel guilty, somehow...:( Please let me know if it was damaged, seriously!
My spelling and typing were so bad that I had to delete my comment.
WOW. I have my issues with Canada Post... but I've never received a parcel that was torn in half and tied back together.
that is amazingly crazyqfqqsf
Once I received a package of yarn that was taped back together. Of course they stuck the tape to the yarn and the yarn was mohair. Emphasis on the was.
Oh my goodness! Did you cry? I think I just might if my package showed up like that.
Holy cow!! Did you take it to the post office to complain?!!
Wow, is it ripped or did they strap a sheep to your package? I refused shipment on a package recently that looked like they had rolled it down the CN Towers stairs and taped it back up again.
Holy crap! What did the post office do to your yarn! Priority mail is sort of an oxymoron in the case of your sad lost yarn.
That is disgusting. These days if your package isn't priority with delivery confirmation, it feels like you're just dumping it into the trashbin. I think all these expensive shipping options have actually caused mail to go downhill.
Oh the humanity! I hope the yarn's OK and in usable condition.
Should we take comfort in the fact that they didn't tie it back together using some of that yarn? I was staring at it, open-mouthed, when a coworker wandered over to see what had me all agape. Then we both stared at it in disbelief for at least a full minute. Cripes.
Oh, my! So very sad! You should do some kind of yarn-karma cleansing ceremony to get rid of the bad energy that poor yarn has picked up in its torturous travels!
Wow! Did it really show up that way?? You're post office is worse then mine and that's sayin' somethin'!
