
(I should also thank my HMO for the $1200 per month premium, the visit to the primary care physician for a referral to the specialist, the copay for the primary care physician, the mandated specialist, the additional co-pay for the specialist, and the six month wait to see the specialist, but at least we don't have government-run health care. Because that would be inconvenient and expensive, and we wouldn't be able to choose our own doctors. Sorry. My sarcasm is showing. Hey, Canada, wanna trade?)

That was a long wait, but at least you have something to show for it.
I hope decent health insurance for all becomes a reality in our lifetime.

What sock pattern is that? I have a skein of Mountain Colors that might need to be that sock, too.
This Canadian definitely doesn't want to trade. And I picked my own family doctor...

The sock looks great. I'm currently in a 3 way battle with my insurance, doctor, and billing office...however, I'm way past sarcasm and into just plain mad as of yesterday! Will we ever get a decent system?
