OMG! It's Amanda Peet! um...no. While I was glad to see high waisted pants go their way, I must admit that I never cared for the "pants slung low on hips with cropped top and belly pooching out" look. Must be my Yankee Puritan streak.
Noooo!!!! I was watching a rerun of Saved by the Bell yesterday and laughing at the horrible high waisted pants. I wore my share of high waisted pants as a kid in the 70s and 80s and I won't do it again. Althouhg, it's better than the low low low waisted pants, which I absolutely refuse to wear. You sit down and instant plumber's crack.
Sure I am, considering I'm so very short waisted that "normal" pants are high waisted on me. Woo Hoo no need to buy the new style!!! Oh wait a minute, wide legs...oops
Thank god they don't have the model in a graphic print polyester shirt, with a killer collar!!
I'm 5-91/2" in bare feet and my hip bone seems to fall at the rib cage of most of the women I know. I most definitely will not be wearing those. They'd make me look like a freak! I have been eyeballing the new super high chunky heels with longing. Again... not for me (do I really need to be 6-1", I think not)but I do love them!
I do not like high waisted pants but I do like the wide legs. I think they offset the hips and I love the swingy feeling I get when walking. I just bought a pair - mid waist style, and I can't wait to wear them.

While I find the wide legs comfy, I do NOT like high waists! I don't like them too low either. Yes, I'm hard to please.
Sure, but only if you bring me Sesame street and a blankie. I was only two in 1977.

it feels like 1977 and I feel like I need to run and run quickly... seriously.. really quickly...
well, if those are making a comeback, I am going to be out of style...........again! lol!
I should have saved my pants from high school.....
OK, you might be the only person that would actually look good in those!! We expected to see them in your next FO photo shoot:)
i'm by no means overweight, but I'll have to shimmy my wiggly-jigglies into some spanx to look svelte in those pants. :-(

I love wide legged pants, but hate the high waist (for me they're like a bra and pants in one).
I could do without the disco blouse though.
