One Down

I'm happy to report that I've finished the endless blanket for my son. Amazing that something so small can be such a pain. The blanket I mean. Actually, I guess that applies to my son, too. I did get a few days' reprieve after I finished the body of the blanket while he decided whether he wanted a border on it. My crossed fingers notwithstanding, he decided it just wasn't complete without one--and he was right. It did turn out to be pretty cute. Almost as cute as he is, dragging it around everywhere and petting it when he thinks no one is watching.

Next up: Sparkly.

The blanket is really cute! So is your son! How's it going with Orange? Your picture sure made me laugh!

That looks great and what a relief. Picture #2 is more true to color, yes? I will discover the secret of close up true-to-color FO pictures before my life is over, unless of course something happens today...

In my head I am using the chant for the "Ricola" cough drop commercial only saying "I-ca-rus."

Also-imaginary poop was a primary reason for our choice.

What a gorgeous blanket and what lovely colors! What yarn/pattern did you use?

The blanket came out beautifully and it is obvious that your son is quite happy with it. Great job.

As endless as it seemed, it is beautiful. It does bear some resemblance to Midwest Moonlight. I'll be "meming" later this week, thanks for the distraction,

FYI, the comments are disabled on your meme post! I wanted to comment on that amazing Bill Clinton fact! How bizarre.
