This is what I've been doing instead of knitting. My pen ran out of ink, though, so I'll have to take a break until I can get another.

Love the drawings. Miss your knitting though :). Wishing more 'spare' time for you in the future. Is spare time and oxymoron when used with a working mom?
Nothing like some doodling time that will get me back on track and focused. Has helped me for years.

and like myself, I'm guessing you're pretty certain that you are going to be discovered as a master zentangle artist- sort of like Grandma Moses only not that old. I'm just waiting for my big break.
I added colored pencils to the shaded one l did yesterday. Increased fun exponentially!
I'm thinking about watercolors next.
