This is two ply wool. I don't really know the gauge, but I'd guess it's about a worsted weight. Once again, I won't actually use this for knitting, because it's too scratchy for my taste. It's just practice wool.When I compare it to my last attempt at two ply...
I'm fairly pleased.We can't all be Brooklyn Tweed. Sigh.

What an amazing improvement! Awesome! I know what you mean about the Brooklyn Tweed thing. His stuff is just too gorgeous. I try not to compare myself or I'll get sad about my abilities, or lack thereof.

I'm so totally enjoying watching your spinning progress. I generally enjoy that huge learning curve at the beginning of any new skill, and just watching yours is teaching me all kinds of stuff. Can't wait to see what you do next.
