Definitely not 24, but my, that sweater is beautiful!
You could always knit a pair of shorts, join them to the sweater, put in the zipper and have yourself a hand knit 'onesy'. Start a new fashion trend ;)
Gorgeous sweater! The good news is since it is a coil zipper it can easily be shortened! Better too long than too short. You cover the jaws of needlenose pliers with masking tape to avoid damaging the paint then gently pry the metal stop pieces at the top of the zipper until they just slide off the end. Pin the zipper pull to the zipper tape to prevent it from coming off with no stops, sew in the zipper leaving 1" at the top unsewn, cut the zipper 1/2" longer than needed. Fold the excess behind the zipper trimming the coil if needed. Sew in place. Pry the stops open enough to slip back over the coils, crimp and DONE!

No it isn't but that jacket is gorgeous. I have never pout a zip on anything, seems really difficult to me. Is it?
Hey, if that's the worst thing the KG has done to you on this one, that's a good thing!
The jacket looks wonderful!!!
She really has it in for you, hasn't she-LOL!
She's obviously jealuos, because that sweater is just gorgeous!

Sweater is gorgeous in spite of over-long zipper. The zipper makes me think of a frog whipping out its tongue to catch a bug.
the sweater looks great! great! sorry about the zipper, but it will all work out in time i'm sure.
The sweater is beautiful!!
That jacket is amazing! I love it. Too bad about the zipper.
Hmmm....yes, a bit long. But the colors appear to match perfectly! Is there a way to shorten a zipper? That sweater is lovely.
Bummer about the zipper but that is a GORGEOUS sweater!
Zipper? We don't need no stinkin' zippers!
Further I believe it's the KG's evil sister- Getting Wrong Order Goddess. (GWOG)

My first thought was that the sweater is missing its model. Then I noticed the extra long zipper. Cardi looks awesome!!!!
Ah, but the rest of the cardigan is so awsome!
Lol. But it matches nicely.
What's with the 36" zipper?!
Sweater's looking great. Except for the zipper part. But you knew that.
Good luck.
Oh Lord. Um. Well. Yes. That would be...a...very much not 24" zipper.
The jacket is gorgeous (do you even know how to make something ugly?!). I can't wait to see it finished-finished.
Ok WTF? But the sweater is killing me big time!!
