What a relief! It looks lovely- I know the pattern is, having knitted it twice- but the yarn looks gorgeous! Fingers crossed there will be no more incidents;-D

I lose things that are right in front of me. I am sure they slip into another dimension for a while and then just reappear. We call it a boot, by the way.
Oh, thank Goddess! Could that have been some sort of cosmic prank? Best leave a set of dpns, some sock yarn and a glass of merlot on the altar tonight, just in case!
Maybe KG is British and is suggesting you give lace the boot.
